We will discuss "The Heaven & Earth Grocery Store" by James McBride.

Everyone is talking about this book... now we at TBT can do the same! The novel tells the story of Black and Jewish residents of the Chicken Hill neighborhood of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, in the 1920s and '30s.

We will enjoy a light nosh together. Feel free to bring a favorite (dairy or plant-based) food to share. As well, donations to our little free pantry are always appreciated.
